Introduction

XSD Series Industrial X-Ray Solutions
The XSD Series is designed around a modular system approach, combining X-ray generation with dedicated control and cooling equipment. The range includes four XSD generator configurations, two control units and three cooling systems. XSD160 – 4 kW
The XSD160 provides a 160 kV, 4 kW X-ray generation solution for industrial radiographic testing applications.
XSD225 – 4 kW
The XSD225 provides a 225 kV, 4 kW X-ray generation solution for industrial radiography and NDT applications.
XSD320 – 4.5 kW
The XSD320 provides 320 kV and 4.5 kW, offering increased X-ray energy for more demanding industrial radiographic inspection applications.
XSD450 – 4.5 kW

XSD Control Units
LS1
The LS1 is an industrial X-ray control unit featuring true measurement of kV and mA, a TFT colour screen and memory capacity for up to 10,000 settings.
LS1C2
The LS1C2 provides X-ray generator control functionality with additional system I/O capability.
The unit includes 4 × Sub-D9 connections, providing additional connectivity for system integration.
XSD Cooling Systems
OACU4500
The OACU4500 is a high-capacity oil cooling unit providing 4,500 W of cooling capacity for demanding X-ray system applications.
WCU3000
The WCU3000 is a water cooling unit providing 3,000 W of cooling capacity for compatible industrial X-ray applications.
WLK3000
The WLK3000 is a water cooling system providing 3,000 W cooling capacity with variable temperature control.
